Finding something again
Searching by filename, and the library’s four filters.
The filter bar sits in the library below the folder tiles: a search field and four dropdowns. At the far right, the legend of verification seals opens.
The signed-in product speaks German, so its labels are quoted in German below, with the English rendering in italics.
Search matches the filename
The field „Nach Dateiname suchen …“ (Search by filename …) searches the
original filename — the name the file was uploaded under. Case does not
matter, and the text need not sit at the start: beach finds
2026-07_BeachCampaign.jpg.
The search starts shortly after the last keystroke, not on every character.
What search does not cover: folder names, the contents of Content Credentials, format names, notes.
The four filters
Each dropdown rests at „alle“ (all).
„KI-Quelle“ (AI source) — whether the file declares itself as AI-generated.

„Format“ — the container: PNG, JPEG, WebP, TIFF, AVIF, HEIC, GIF, MP4, MOV. The list is longer than the uploadable formats, because more can be checked than can be uploaded.
The filters are named differently from the tiles
The same state carries one name in the filter bar and another on the tile:

Three negatives that mean three different things
They sound interchangeable and are not.
„Ohne KI-Nachweis“ means: no AI source recorded. That includes files never checked.
„Geprüft, ohne Nachweis“ means: the check ran and found no Content Credentials. Unchecked assets are not in this set.
„Ohne gültige Signatur“ means: the check ran, and there is either no manifest or a manifest whose signature does not hold up. So this option is wider than the previous one — it takes the broken manifests in as well.
To find out which case applies, open the asset: the filter says who is in the set, the result says why.
Everything combines, and everything lives in the address
The filters combine with and — every additional choice makes the list smaller. The chosen folder applies on top; it is navigation, not a filter.
„Filter zurücksetzen“ (Reset filters) appears as soon as a filter or a search is active, and clears exactly those. It leaves the folder alone.
The whole filter state lives in the address bar. An address with filters set can be passed on, and it opens the same selection for whoever receives it — provided they are a member of the same workspace.
An unknown value in the address is ignored: the list is then wider, rather than an error page appearing. The same goes for a link to a deleted folder — it lands on the unfiltered library.
There is no sort order
The grid always shows the newest assets first. There is no sorting by name, size or verification status, ascending or descending.
